We are seeking a dedicated Kennel Assistant to join our team.
Must have a passion for animal care and be responsible for assisting in the daily operations of our kennel facility to include boarding and group play/ daycare Duties:
- Provide daily care for animals including feeding, watering, and exercising - Clean and sanitize kennels, cages, and animal areas - Monitor animal behavior and report any health concerns to management - Assist with animal socialization - Handle heavy lifting tasks related to animal care Requirements:
- Knowledge of basic pet care practices - Ability to handle and restrain animals safely and compassionately - Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment Skills:
-Positive Attitude - Animal care - Kennel management - Pet care - Dog handling This position offers the opportunity to work closely with animals in a rewarding environment.
