We are currently seeking a friendly and proactive Customer Service Receptionist to join our team and serve as the first point of contact for our owners, tenants, and guests.
Position Overview:
As a Customer Service Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in delivering excellent service and ensuring tenant satisfaction.
Your primary responsibilities will include managing incoming calls, greeting visitors, and addressing inquiries related to property management services, maintenance requests, leasing inquiries, and more.
Additionally, you will provide administrative support to the property management team and assist with various tasks to ensure efficient operations.
Key
Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for all incoming calls and inquiries, promptly responding and directing them to the appropriate departments or staff members.
Greet owners, tenants, and guests with genuine care and hospitality in a courteous and professional manner, assisting them with inquiries, providing information, and addressing concerns as needed.
Assist with leasing inquiries, including providing information on available units, scheduling property tours, and assisting with application submissions as needed.
Provide administrative support to the property management team, including filing, data entry, preparing correspondence, and assisting with special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service, property management, or related field is preferred.
A minimum of one year experience in customer service, receptionist, or administrative role, preferably in property management or real estate industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with owners, tenants, guests, and colleagues.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations, with a positive and customer-focused attitude.
